if like smelling dog poop and looking at dirty , greasy apt hallways ..its a great place to live !! Trash in parking lots , pools only work half the time minimal security on grounds , staff just rude !!

Constant smell of dog poop after it rains from dogs pooping behind the bushes with no clean up by dog owner ...Outside Wood Trim is rotting and looks terrible from 20 year old apts ...non working cars taking valuable parking space for residents

Trash visable in parking lots weekly ...The smell of dog poop horrible after each rain ...People drinking , smoking , conducting alcohol shots in glass along the pool while using terrible language ....Not a as advertised family atmosphere to say the least at the pools at Lake Lanier Club !!

Rent goes up every year with no reason given except that its Cooperate doing the rate increase ... Dog poop is all through the planters in the complex and smells absolutely horrorific after it rains !!! Pools on the weekend are always cloudy and poorly maintained except for during the week !! People in the office are short with conversation and are more worried about getting you out of the office as quick as possible then answering your questions !!!

Its ok ... i get to smell dog poop and look at trash in the parking lot as the rent enormously every year ...The wood is rotten on the exterior on the apts and i get look at that each day on my breezeway and around my garage ...I asked for wood shutter blinds as cooperate raised my rent $150 more a month and the office people said it would be $20 additional each month for that feature ...SMH ...:( The Lodge so called amenity in the complex has been shut down for over a year due to covid ..No word on if or when it will ever open ?

Rent goes up alot every year ..Dog poop smell is horrible ...Non - Residents using and abusing pools and facilities ...Gates get broke and it seems like it takes forever to get fixed ..We pay alot of rent to live in a advertises gated community ...Direct TV and internet provider service is old and out dated !! Maintenance People are great but always seem understaffed for what they need ...Only 1-3 advertised onsite car wash facilities work ...Have to wait in line to wash your car ...Seems like policy in complex is always changing with little or very short notification !!
