I love living here! We have the best view over the lake. That said, I am sad to see garbage disposal is totally outdated. TONS of garbage ends in the dumpster and into the land field. Paper and cardboard recycling would be easy to set up. How about an area for residents to give away furniture etc instead of that big dumpster at the end of a parking area. I see people go there and look for items to reuse.

This is a nice community but old. Which shows on the windows, some can't close tight or cannot open. Walls gets a fresh coat of paint but still lots of dents and marks. Overall you can just tell it's old. To me all those paint stains, old window frames, dents on front door etc makes the apparment cozy. The only thing that makes me sad is no possibility of recycling, just a big dumpster for all trash :(

This is a very beautiful community. Well maintained. Only problem I see are some residents throwing trash on street and some dog owners don't pick up after their dog. Also no RECYCLING possibilities. Thanks

It's a really beautiful community. I love living here.. since this a a community who allows all dogs, rules regarding owners cleaning up after their dog is missing. There's poop everywhere I look. Maybe if you have one person responsible just for this problem

I love living here. But the actions against dog owners leaving dog waste is nonexistent. It would help if new residents with dogs are notified about their responsibilities. Optimal would be a simple rule... everyone walking their dog must have a visible poop bag on the lease. Signs telling to clean up after your dog.. Dog waste stations on each street and on each side of trail.. Give out free poop bag container to attach on lease... I wouldn't mind an increase in property fee
