The community needs a clubhouse and stainless steel appliances and a microwave and Double pane windows I can hear Dawsonville hwy from my apartment I think they need hardwood floors and maintenance needs to kill the spiders in the hallways of the apartments

    The management sucks and the place is over priced and they don't fix any amenities in a timely manner it takes weeks they need maintenance on the weekends nothing gets done for the rent you pay they also need a clubhouse and bigger weight room

      The apartment is ok the office people need to improve how they speak to the residents remember office we pay your salary. The maintenance team is great get the work done on time. They need to improve the workout center and put new tv in
