It hasn't been the best. I feel like I pay too much money for all the inconveniences I've had since moving in. I haven't even been here 2 weeks and have had 4 maintenance request. Also they make you pay for cable here , but you have to set it up yourself , and that was nightmare by itself as I am just getting cable/internet a week and a half after I moved in. My washer was broken my first two days on the property so my new towels were just sitting in a washer full of water until I had to hand wring them out myself and throw them over my balcony to drive. There was one front office person (Aspen) who was helpful/prompt on arresting my issues even if I reached out a couple times to her to ensure they were done. She was very sweet. I appreciated her cause I was not very happy with all the problems.
