Fantastic. I'm in the back in the woods on the lake. There is a nice balcony, birds, and private w/nice landscaping. This apartment is a 2 bedroom, it has a nice sized living room, sitting room & kitchen. Laundry room, it's pretty nice actually.

I like it here. It's nice, clean & our apt. is located on the 2nd floor facing the lake. There isn't much to say when it's all good. This space wants a min. of 200 characters... I'm glad you put in the security cameras at the gates.

Well, I wasn't sure at first (because we always owned or rented a home). BUT, this place was different in that it has so much forest & greenery. I'm on Lake Lanier. We got the 2 bedrooms for more space. We're on the 2nd floor so nobody ever bothers us. The only noise is the occasional doggie or kid running (which I like because that is "proof of life"). The staff is out of this world! Not only do they respond ASAP but they will look for problems & tell you they are fixing it. Like parking or they will be pressure washing stairs or whatever! Fixing the internet (which is FANTASTIC). It's the staff and the look & feel of the community (safe) and well designed. So, I'm looking out the window while I type this, there are a dozen bluebirds at the feeder & in the trees! The water on the lake is a beautiful blue and it's winter here! When the wind blows hard I can hear the neighbors' wind chimes. It's pretty nice guys. Trust me, my last home was in a million-dollar subdivision on the lake & gated (all forest). This is nice and I don't have to worry about the lawn!

It's pretty nice actually. Bigfoot lives above us but I think because people come to visit, so we have not complained. I don't like the litterbugs that dump trash on the grounds. Smoking should not be allowed & somebody has pit bulldogs. They should not be allowed. You need to install cameras at the entry & exit, so you can throw the litterbugs out. OH, I almost forgot, they really need to blow off the bushes. Behind us... they do blow off the leaves but if left on the bushes it doesn't look nice. They look brown.

Well, I've never been an apt. dweller, so I was a bit concerned it would be awful. BUT, wow, I'm so glad we moved here. Nicely kept, service is 100%. Pretty nice plants (I LOVE the plants). We sold the lake house & couldn't find a suitable home to rent! This was our last resort. But, it has turned into the best choice! A little pricey but okay. I'd install UV water filters for the community & cameras at the entry & exit. The little house in the back should become a little community store with just little things like cheap shower curtains, ice, frozen pizza. You could upscale to towels w/the logo. It would be cool. Welcome baskets. Things busy people could just grab & go.

Okay, well... I'm VERY picky where I live. I'm pretty OCD about clean & bugs. I just won't have it dirty. I was worried this would be a disaster because I've only lived in homes not apartments. Well, I am VERY pleased. The area is maintained. Before I can complain (like the walkways were dirty) it was power washed! Carlos (as always) is right on the ball with any questions or concerns.
