MAA Lake Lanier staff are very friendly and accommodating. Grounds are kept up as much as they can do....it is just that renters are slobs and don't care about the trash and the dog poop that they leave behind.

    I just moved in December 2021. Everything so far seems to be going well. There was dog poop on the sidewalk to my apartment but not facility fault. Lazy renter. Called maintenance about ceiling fan and didn't get a call back yet (12 hours)
