When I first moved in, the community and amenities were great. However it has gone down a bit; they got a new wifi service and it has been horrible (Gigamonster), they are horrible about fixing it when it goes out. They are also planning on adding in SmartHome technology to our apartments; no one is excited about this as it is just another thing that will take forever to install and break. Maintenance is okay; they come if you are slightly persistent. My apartment had a small flood recently due to a pipe they had "forgotten" to reconnect to another line; they were timely after a few frantic calls in coming to clean up the water, but have not given any timeline on fixing the open pipe since it was "closing time" (as they jingled their car keys at me). And now they want to go up on rent.
