We have enjoyed MAA. The apartments are a nice size. We love having access to the pools. The view is outstanding of the lake. The office staff are so helpful! We have had a few minor issues and the office/maintenance staff have been there in a timely manner and fixed the issue.

I like the area. Close to work and Lake Lanier. I especially like that the apartments are a great size and have washer and dryer included. They did a great job make sure the carpets were clean upon arrival. The office staff (we worked with Kelly) were so helpful and fun to work with. They made the process easy and simple.
