When I received the apartment, the carpet was unbelievably dirty and full of dog hair. Internet service is always charged in your bill (40 usd a month) and it is very slow, constantly cuts in and out. You have to find another provider. The gym is somewhat lacking of equipment. Overall, the location is beautiful and living here has been a pleasant experience.

The place is beautiful, I just wish they were a little more clean. The stairways and doors never seem to receive maintenance and cleaning. When I received my unit it was fairly dirty. I really can't say more, I've been here for less than a week.
