The amenities at the apartments are wonderful. We haven't had the most positive experience in our actual apartment though. Upon moving in, most of our outlets didn't work, we were very disappointed in the limited space we had, our cabinets have been falling apart slowly, when we first moved in our door wouldn't unlock so we were having to hop our balcony area to get in our apartment, my gate card stopped working and i was made to pay $35 for a new one even though i still had my other card. We also had problems with staff sticking stuff on my boyfriends car's windows for taking up a few parking spots where nobody parks in the parking lot. We never understood them putting stickers on his truck when there's been people parked in the middle of the street in the upper buildings. At one point they even sent out a email to everyone that lived here to not park in the street, but people still continue to this day and nothing was ever done. Besides cosmetic things in our apartment falling apart, everything else has been great. I still would reccomend someone to live here though, just get an updated apartment.
