Overall it has been good. The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is pretty good with fulfilling request within a day or two. However, I was not too pleased with my unit after the first week or two because there were some issues with bugs getting into my apartment and the carpet was not cleaned before I arrived. We vacuumed upon move in and got an entire canister full of pet hair. Later on I smelled cat pee in certain parts of my apartment so I made them aware and they did a carpet cleaning within a week. My only complaint there is that they only did part of the apartment and not the bedrooms. I feel as though they should thoroughly clean carpets after people move out especially ones with animals because some people have friends and family that are allergic to animals and it is uncomfortable for them when they come to visit.
