The complex is great for walking. The 2 pools are very nice. Easy walk to the lake . Car wash station come in handy. However the inside of the apartment needs updating badly kitchen. They were built in 1998 . There 3 types of flooring when you walk in the door carpet/ linoleum/ fake wood floor . The price of the apartment is really for amenities.

Over all a good experience. There little things appliances need to be updated . Pools are very nice I feel safe in community. There a lot of stray cats should be trapped dropped off at shelter. Car wash station nice .

It's a good community lots of stuff to do 2 pool lake Lanier very clean . Only bad part is a lot of stray cats all over the place wish there was more parking spaces . sometimes have to park far from apartment
