    Love living at 801 North Central!

    My experience here at this community has been great. I came out to Sip in Tea and this was a very creative way to find out how we feel about the community. Caring about how we feel and listening to out input means so much to me.

      All amenities, quiet (most of the time), average builder grade quality. The onsite property manager, Doug is very responsive and helpful. The price seems a bit high given the surrounding neighborhood.

        Easy process. Images online were true reflection of property and viewing property beforehand was an easy process. Online application process was smooth and pretty straightforward. Communication from property management is top tier!

          The quality of the property is the worse. They look nice and they cost a lot but everything is cheap. Garage doors break door knobs fall off paint started coming up within the first 90 days I moved in. Cheap paint. Cheap everything. The worse quality of living I have ever experienced. Thank God this is a rental and not property I purchased. Whom ever built these are the worst contractors ever. The quality of the homes make me feel like I'm living in the projects. I have lived many places in Atlanta from the vinnings to buckhead to downtown to Brookhaven and this is my favorite location but the worst property I've ever lived in. Leasing manager and maintenance are amazing.

            The community is nice. It's by a busy street so the noise from the traffic is loud. The windows in the apartment are very thin which allows the noise from the outside in. The apartment is also close to a train track and a hotel. Foot traffic can be a problem at times.
