Don't go out at night.

The Good: The office staff, especially Tamara, is exceptional. I've never met a better or more accomadating property manager who could play such an active role in the community. With a complex this large, I don't know how they keep it all together. Surely, it takes a special kind of gift to provide the swift & courteous attention that we've received. So far, the office staff on site (Jay, Tamara, Joni) have impressed me beyond all others I've ever known. The Bad & Ugly: The owner of the property quickly turned this community into a pitiful debacle. This property quickly filled up over about 2 months once the screening process for new tenants was mostly castrated. The gate is always broken and never enforced... Such that all manner of dredge from the local area can come and go as they please from this "private property". All I hear are screaming children and the roaring of teenagers with their -------fied exhaust systems over the "calm and peaceful" fountains that once were. There is no sense of security anymore. Children are loud and obnoxious, playing in the streets and breezeways instead of the plentiful greens and modest playground. (someone should bust open a fire hydrant to complete this urban picture) The only things this place is missing are some post-teen girls doing tricks at the entrance and a biker bar across the street. The ownership of this property is personally negligent in their commitments provided in the lease terms. My family and I are actively entertaining relocation at this point. It's apparent that the ownership of this complex is ONLY interested in turning a profit (at a recently purchased apartment complex!?) - Not interested in the safety & well-being of my family.
