A Great Place To Live

When I was looking for an apartment I knew this was the one. Yes the community is new and grounds are very nice, but my deciding factor was the friendly and warm reception I received from Tamara Chandler. She sensed I was going through a tough time and gave me a hug before I walked out the door. Some may say this was not professional but it was certainly what I needed and she got my lease. What makes this apartment complex a community is not the name Houston Lake Community Apartments; it is the caring staff. When I moved in Tamara gave me a little welcome present, it wasn t something she had to do but it really made a big impact on my daughter and I (It s the personal touches that really make this place really stand out). I told all my friends and family how wonderful staff is. It s not the beautiful apartments or the amenities that makes this complex a community it is Tamara and her staff. The extra mile the management staff takes to ensure this community is well maintained and safe is phenomenal. One of my biggest concerns was living in a community where the staff does not live because it is so impersonal and they are not going to come out in the middle of the night and call off a loud party or stop loud noise. It is so very important that a management staff is friendly, personable and visible in a community as large as this one. They should be walking the grounds, greeting the tenants when passing and showing they are involved in maintaining a nice and quiet environment. So it is great that most of the management staff lives onsite because it gives them an vested interest in making sure the needs of the apartment complex are met. I highly recommend Houston Lake Community Apartment
