I really like the way the apartments are designed.  It&#39;s nice not to have white walls and cheap looking cabinets.  I&#39;ve been able to make my apartment my home&#44; which is important to me&#44; because I move so much because I&#39;m in the military.  

Houston Lake is close enough to the base that I don&#39;t have a long drive&#44; but it&#39;s far enough away that I actually feel like I&#39;ve left work once I go home!  Tamara and the leasing staff have always been nice to me&#44; even when I had a small complaint.  They addressed the problem and didn&#39;t make me feel bad about it.

Maintenance seems like they work really hard and I think they probably need more help.  But they are always pleasant and professional.  My toilet overflowed one weekend&#44; and Aaron was at my place fixing it in no time.

Hi my family and I moved into Houston Lake Apartments in late August we were very excited to start our new adventure here. When we got here the apartment was very beautiful everything was perfect. Our leasing consultant Kimberly helped make the move easier and explained everything great. We have had no problems since moving in The staff is friendly and always makes you feel welcome and right at home. I am very happy living here and would recommend these apartments. The maintenance staff responds quickly if a problem comes up. Its very quiet and calm I feel very safe. I feel as if we are living in some resort with all the amenities that HLAC  has to offer. Carol in the office is very sweet and understanding and helps you out anyway she can. We are satisfied living here and happy to call Houston Lake Apartments our home.

I moved in to Houston Lake Apartments about 3 months ago&#44; and we LOVE it!  It is quiet&#44; clean and the office staff is more than helpful.  The pool and grounds are always immaculate.  I appreciate that they care about our safety and comfort.  The building itself is well insulate.  For a large family&#44; I am pleased to say that our electric hasn&#39;t been too much over $150.00 during these hottest months of summer.  I recommend living here to anyone.  There are lots of children and the fitness center is great!

I love my apartment and decorating it. It's home. I feel safe here. Especially when the gates are closed. When fresh pine straw is around the trees and shrubs, the landscape is very pretty. Our clubhouse, office, and pool area is very nice.

Friendly staff, new neighbors are really nice too, moving in was easy office staff really helped us get everything ready and always  professional and willing to do whatever it takes to hp residents needs, I appreciate that.

Was great when I first moved in. But maintenance has gotten really terrible in the last few years. Office staff has changed so much that I really have know idea who's up there. We have people driving around at high rates of speed. Going around the wrong way around the circles. But then again so does the maintenance staff?.

Good people, good staff. They treat you like family, I love the pool, I love the gym. I love how safe it is out here. They are having something for Father's Day this week. This place is awesome. I'll recommend this place to all my friends..

The staff is very friendly.  Maintenance responds to issues in a  timely manner.  There are nice ammentities such as a beautiful pool and gym.  Plenty of parking available for all the residences.  The staff makes you feel welcome and has fun events planned for all to enjoy.

Unsatisfactory the maintenance chief was a bit rude, it's crazy insane that if it is 85 degrees outside and the AC is broken while having children in the home with medical issues a resident has to wait up to 24 hours for maintenance. The cleanliness condition policy should be rethought because this apartment was not "cleaned correctly".
