VERY DISAPPOINTED

When my husband and i moved here we were very excited! We thought this was the nicest apartment community we found, (of course we only had a few days to look considering we moved from out of state and we both have jobs) But since moving here the office staff has changed many times, and they are so incompitent and rude. our air conditioner was broken in the middle of summer and when we call to ask them to fix it the smartass in the office replies with "well did you turn it on?" SERIOUSLY! we then waited a total of 4 days before anyone showed up to fix our air conditioner. We called every day and the office never even told maintenence! our freezer messes up and the ice machine is broken. we asked last october for them to spray for bugs and that NEVER happened so we spray our apartment for bugs ourself! any time we have to talk to the office they never remember anything and they dont do any of the things they say they will. AND we discussed renewing the lease because we only plan on living in georgia another year and we didnt want the hassle of moving, but when we told them they put off drawing up a new lease for weeks and weeks and then they tell us the rent is gonna go up! and Now if we dont renew we have to pay a fee because its to late to tell them we aren't wanting to renew? F* THAT CRAP! We are very disappointed and are looking forward to the end of our lease!
