Love this place now!

When I first moved in there were signs of trouble. Not until after signing the lease did I find out not a single maint staff had been hired. Apts were still in construction condition. Not exactly ready. Things throughout the first year hinted of a bad decision renting here on my part. Maint was horrible and original manager had excuses for everything. Long story shortened, Mr Ingram,(owner) came in and cleaned house. Got rid of everyone. Hired new front office, maint, lanscape...Second manager was nice but more interested in lets say activities that were off site. Current manager and office staff rock! In particular Stephanie Hayes. She is the sweetest ever. Made me feel at home the first time I met her. Things I couldnt get taken care of in past, she accomplished in a couple days. New maint team, curtosy officer, groundkeepers, and what Ive heard them called Volunteer Force are awesome. These guys live here, and are involved. Help out with everyting. Trash, security, unruly kids, etc. What a difference the new staff has made!! I'm happy and home!!
