Best Apartment Experience Ever

My wife and I moved to GA from NC and were in need of an apartment quick! After days of searching we stumbled upon Houston Lake Apartment Community. We were graciously taken on a tour by the owner himself who was very candid about everything, which we greatly appreciated. Stephanie Hayes was our leasing agent who was very nice, understanding and up front about everything we may encounter during our stay and was open to any questions and concerns we had. The deposit was a lot cheaper than ANY other in the area, the rent was low and the pet fee was HALF that of anyone else. We had to sign up!! They also were flexible with extensions to the lease. Honestly, a lot of these reviews are not any different than any other apartment complex. Could we hear our neighbors?? Sure...we had 3 so of course we would...it's not a house. Could the staff get to any of our concerns within a moment's notice...no. They are busy. There are 100s of units they have to be concerned with. Would the gate always stay closed? No, people are constantly coming and going so that's just impossible. If you want house style living, rent a house. If you want a good apartment to stay in, stay here. Bottom line.
