Look twice... no three times before you apply

Tread there with caution. Rent with extreme care and only in despiration. The recent fire that gutted the center section of a 3rd story set of units and the new "rebuild" show: little or NO insulation, plywood over 2x10 joists, concrete landings poured over plywood, and no sound muffling materials between adjoining apartments. The front staff will not respond to noise complaints; families with young children are in 3rd floor apartments and the kids are allowed to run and jump without reprimands being issued to parents; flamables are stored in rented garage spaces and several residents do open mechanical repairs on cars,4-wheelers,and motorcycles; dogs are "walked" without required leashes and owners are not being reprimanded for failing to "pooper-scoop". Watch your leasing details... you will not get a deposit refund and the "rules" change at the whim of the staffing. Take pictures at move-in and move-out. The place offers a great visual, has a good gated access, nice rec area and pool, and a nicely trimmed grass and shrub surrounding. Looks can be deceiving.
