I have been a resident for nearly 2 years and for the most part, the experience has been okay. The worst problem has been ringing pipes which have been going on for almost 5 months now.Every time anyone in my building runs water or flushes their toilet, the pipes in my apartment have a very loud ringing noise. The maintenance crew have been great at trying to solve this problem but are going to have to get a plumber. The parking is terrible. That's the worst of it. Rent is going up on a 3b 2b to 915 per month. We found a very nice home for that amount and I don't have to fight for a parking space nor listen to ringing pipes all day and night. If you just don't like to take care of a yard yourself, or are just apt people, then there are a lot worse apt around but there are also some that are nicer. All apt have there problems though so keep that in mind. Not crazy about the new staff either. A lot of turnover in the office the past 2 years.
