Worse place ever to live

I lived here from May 2010-Sept 2011 and the first week of me living there someone's child dumped some type of drink on my truck. The water bill was way too high especially when I never changed the way I was doing thing, but the bill kept going up and up. I was first told that I was not going to have a water bill then I get this bill that say I owe for water plus a $25.00 late fee. Throughout the time that my family and I lived there we hand problems with the neighbors calling the police making a false report on us. Over the course of time my truck has been vandalize three times. The caps on my rims were stolen, and when I was in the process of moving out other people were movivng out and in and someone knocked my bumper off. I am so glad to be out of there. Rent was to expensive and it kept going up. Run for the hills and don't move out there. Management sucks out there too. Renters beware they love to sue people too.
