Good Apartment experience

First time living in an Apartment, and so far I can recommend them! Our unit was in good condition, and the couple of minor maintenance problems I've had have been resolved very quickly (and the maintenance staff has been very nice). Before contracting, we were worried about noise, but it's quiet inside and normal outside. Management has been professional and we really have had no issues, no unexpected increases. Had no problems with previous Manager, and we see the new Manager doing a great job and she's attentive. For a couple months we had some noisy neighbors and most of the problems were when they were outside their apartment, which I guess it's harder to manage. We never got to the point to call the Officer (which some neighbors told us he was very attentive) and I guess somebody else might have complained cause they were out sooner than later. We enjoyed the pool a lot last year and expect the same for this year. The grills are nice, the tennis/basketball court and playground are nice too. The gym has been good and they just gave it maintenance and it's very good. I like that they keep the gardens well maintained. So we've liked the experience in the Apartments. I feel it's safe for my wife and kids. Living in a shared place you'll probably find neighbors that cause some problems, but so far nothing major and no problems with parking, noise, maintenance or Staff. Totally recommended!
