Recently moved out but have lived there since 2009, to long! In the beginning the management was great, religious, friendly... After a few changes through the years the current management now is the worst and rude and does not care about there tenants! The area got more crowded and its further from the center of town but still safe and quite (well more than other places). The Community Cop has some prejudice issues towards certain tenants so that does not help. The pool is great, the workout room is ok. Parking is good. Neighbors are friendly. Lastly, becareful with the automatic rent pay system and ensure that it works before the 5th of every month before you get charged $35 system fee, $75 late fee, $15 service charge, & the B.S. of management.
