We moved in here in May and after 7 months here we feel like we belong here and will be here for a long time as we are retired. The owner, Otis Ingram, and his staff are forever trying to find ways to improve this place. Suggestions or ideas for improvement are gladly accepted and reviewed. Several parties are given throughout the year so people can intermingle and get to know each other thus improving an already friendly environment. We enjoy these parties very much.
The apartments are in great condition and are easy to cool or heat and are reasonable in cost because they are so well built. The one time our AC quit late on a Saturday afternoon the maintenance manager was here in less than an hour repairing it for us.
There are many benefits like a great pool, gym car wash, and walking path. We feel very safe and secure here and invite you to come check this place out.
