I am happy to call Houston Lake Apartment Community my home. We looked into several other apartment complexes and find HLAC to be the best value for the rent we pay. We have been here for 7 1/2 months now and we have not regretted our decision for one minute. We find the office and maintenance staff to be very friendly and they are there for us when we need them. We find it to be very quiet and peaceful here. I love the decor, the well maintained pool, the awesome equipment in the gym room, the beautiful landscaping and the nearly one mile walkway all around the property. Other apartment communities were not as nice as this beautiful, gated community. The owner is available if we need to contact him and he listens to what we have to say. Glad to be part of such an awesome community.
