I lived in these apartments for only six months. The grounds are beautiful, but the actual apartments need to be modernized. The maintenance folks are outstanding and really work hard to keep the grounds looking great and are extremely prompt when you have a problem with your apartment. Cars entering and leaving the apartments have a tendency of playing their music very loud which can be disturbing, but that is common at most apartments. The biggest problem I had was when I had already moved out. I vacated the apartment in March and has of today (Jun), I still have not received my security deposit back. I contact the apartment office last Monday and was told that an email would be sent to corporate office and I would be hearing something back within a day. A week and a half goes by and I have heard nothing. I called them again today and was told I would have a check in the mail by next Wednesday. I was not offered an explanation for why they held onto my money for three months. The owner seems to have a lot of concern about keeping quality people in the front office, seems to me he needs to take a closer look at the corporate office.
