Don't move here unless you want them to continue taking money from you once you move out. They are also not military friendly...if you're military STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! I had to break my lease because I got orders, however my final orders were not given to me until a month until I had to leave. I told the front office 3 months in advance that I had orders but not official ones. They told me to turn in a letter about my notice to leave and so i did the next day. Two months later after realizing they never followed up with me I called and they said they did not have anything marked down about my notice to leave, but that they would do the pre-inspection anyways and not to worry. I moved out and signed all the paper work and was told everything was good to go...but it wasn't. At my new duty station (4 months later) i received a call from friends whom I had my mailed forwarded to until I got a new address and they said I had a bill from these apartments stating that I did not give proper notice. I've tried to argue this with the front office girl several times but the girl that originally set up the pre-inspection and whom i spoke with when i first got word of my orders is no longer there. They are refusing to work with my and insist I pay almost $300. I'm happy this is how they treat those in the military. I've told people back at my old base to keep all new PCSers away from those apartments, hopefully no military will ever rent from them again.
