PLEASE DO NO MOVE HERE!! We've lived here for almost 6 months and I would do ANYTHING to get out of my lease. The staff is horrible and rude, I honestly can't believe there are people like that in this world. They obviousley were not raised right or they just need some church or something in their life. We were lured in by the appearance of the apartments and the fake friendliness when we first looked at the apartments. We had friends that warned us they had heard bad things about the staff and management here before we PCSed here, but we didn't think to look up reviews. Not only is the staff rude but so is the management. They seem more concerned with their money then how the residents feel. The maitenance is also pretty unprofessional. Our AC stopped working and after two days I called the front office to ask what was going on with maitenance and they claimed they never got the online request. I originally called at 9am and after waiting all day I called the front office again near closing to figure out what was going on and they said they didn't know it still hadn't been fixed. Unfortunately my husband was TDY and I just wasn't forceful enough with them to fix this. I then got a call from the guy that was supposed to fix it and he said he was already home for the evening and didn't want to have to drive all the way back (are you kidding me??). It didn't get fixed until the next evening...4 days after I put in the request during the Georgia summer!! Another time in the middle of the day we had an unexpected visit from maintenance while I was in the shower, luckily my husband was home because he worked the night shift because the maintenance walked in without knocking and right passed the first bedroom headed for the back bedroom where I was in the shower. My husband just happened to see him because he was on the computer at the desk in the first room facing the doorway. When my husband asked him what he was doing he said he was going to check to see if the balconey light was working...really??!! I just want out of this place. My husband is sponsoring some new troops with families and making sure to spread the word that this place is horrible!
