The staff that works for this apartment community is terrible. When I first came to view the property they acted as if I was a burden to stop them from texting and take me to view an apartment. I didn't want to come back because of the customer service I was given especially with the way the office dressed. Wearing low cut shirts and short dresses especially the so called manager. Very unprofessional. They were also talking about renters personal business out in the open and like they didn't care if anyone heard calling this person an idiot and telling another renter about a "stripper" who lived next to her and does business out of her apartment. I liked the apartment so much that I decided I would come back to apply and maybe they were going to be more professional so this time I spoke with the girl that sits on the left side office who is so sweet, knows what she is actually talking about, and doesn't give attitude or take you on a round about and dresses very well for an OFFICE. When I first moved in my apartment wasn't even done with all the maint. stuff but I figured I could just put up the little stuff they forgot. The maint, staff sucks they half way complete jobs except one maint man. His name is Dexter he is so nice and stays late to complete work orders for the renters. The apartments are nice but I wouldn't recommend living here due to the office staff. The manager is very rude and has attitude and her little minion that sits in the right side office as you walk in the front door is just like her. The lawn care they let grow and grow until it looks like you live in a jungle. The basketball goals are always down, the car wash is always broken and the vacuum doesn't work it takes your money. One good thing about this property is the pet policy.I feel bad for Dexter and the girl that sits in the left office. Good luck with your apartment search but I wouldn't live where they laundry your personal business out, have an attitude, and dont do their jobs correctly.
