I love it. We have been here since November, but we also know people who have lived here for two years prior. The only things you will find negative for them are literally from people who DIDN'T live here. There are some reviews talking about how Carol (property manager) yelled at these kids to get off of the basketball court over and over don't live here. They were driving their car from across town and when she first asked them if they lived there, they told her, "No, but their friend from building F was on their way" don't have LETTERED buildings. Hahaha. So, all-in-all they were butt hurt because our property manager doesn't allow trespassers. We LOVE it here! The maintenance men are awesome as well.
The only negative thing I would say is that some of the tenants don't always clean up after their dogs when they goto the bathroom outside. It might just be beside my building.
