The new management staff does not return telephone calls requesting assistance. But it's somewhat understandable: they are just mirroring the lack of courtesy shown by Pegasus Residential. The previous office staff had its problems, but they did respond to telephone calls or emails.

I also have issues with other tenants not cleaning up after their dogs. There is kaka on the lawns, on the walkways, on the steps, and in the breezeways. I have lived here for several years and have complained about this issue several times each year. This health and sanitation issue has never been addressed.
