Not a bad place to live. Many improvements since the new company took over. Rent is a little high for the area, but that's the norm these days. Grounds are well kept. Only issue I have is thar the security gate dosent work.

So far my experience has been a positive one. Lots of work being done on the grounds. Vast improvement over how they looked before. My only concern is the security gates not working. Other than that I am highly satisfied.

Apartments are nice. The grounds are kept up. The pool area is kept clean.The office staff has been replaced which the new staff is refreshing. The maintenance staff is quick in responds to issues. Overall I am stratified
