Lots of new updates and changes going on. Some are definitely for the better. Some are just extremely stupid. Lots of areas are still dark without any lights at night. Closing time for the pool is really early especially for a holiday weekend, 8:30, there's just things that I think needs to be reconsidered.

Things are starting to get better in the community. Maintenance is taking care of stuff faster. We have new mailboxes and boxes for our packages to cut down on theft. The only problem with this is that you can only get to them (or the gym) is during office hours. That needs to change?.

Was great when I first moved in. But maintenance has gotten really terrible in the last few years. Office staff has changed so much that I really have know idea who's up there. We have people driving around at high rates of speed. Going around the wrong way around the circles. But then again so does the maintenance staff?.

After memorial weekend we still don't have the pool open. Lights through out the complex are out. For the amount we pay staff should be doing a safety check once a week for things like this. Our complex manager spends more time walking on her cellphone than getting things done as far as I'm concerned.

Mostly nice and quiet place to live. There have been a lot of changes over the years. There's always good and bad with every change over. Hopefully the new group will make some upgrades on already preexisting issues

Lived here for 9 years. Been here during the best and worst of ownership. New owner's seems to really care about our personal relationship with everyone on staff. All of our listing agents take that extra care to make sure you get your home and family in the right place.
