Wonderful Aptartments I proudly call home!

I'll admit there were some issues in the leasing agents before we met Stephanie in the office! This woman goes well out of her way to assist & help current and future residents. She even met us on her weekend off on Memorial Day for a personal tour which sealed the deal for my fiance & I. That was the only weekend in which we were able to get into town to settle on a unit. We were in a bind time wise to get an apartment & they did a rush job to get our unit ready as quickly as possible. The unit had major issues from the previous tenants damages. There was a list of remaining items left to complete that I noted upon move in. All those major issues were fixed that day by the Maintenance Team & the remaining minor one completed within 3 weeks as parts came in etc. The property & grounds are AWESOME! The Layout is peaceful & easy to navigate with the walking trail. The landscapers are here all day on Mondays. The pool is always safe & clean. It's a true family atmosphere. No alcohol is allowed in the common pool & sports area just like at my previous residence. If YOU NEED TO DRINK DO SO AT HOME & STOP WHINING (Please see the other reviews). We have the best Courtesy Officer I've ever seen! He answers his phone when called! He's also with the County & authorized to patrol our community. So those morons out there who think he can't touch you inside the gates are in for a surprise. I've been an Apartment dweller for over 4 years now. I watched my last community go down hill quickly when management changed. I've seen & heard a lot from neighbors past. I even had 3 drug busts in a month in my last complex. I've seen no other issues that many of the reviews have stated. All the office folk mentioned in others reviews have either been replaced or quit. Thanks Houston Lake!
