Its was great until management changed. Ms French is rude and does not follow up or follow through on concerns. You have to constantly contact the office to get things corrected. I being overcharged for renters insurance for the last two months

I was great until new management and the customer service declined. Had several problems with rent amounts being incorrect. Had to contact pegasus directly to handle complaints. The office staff was very unprofessional in handling issues.

It was great until recently. The new management has not done a good job. No one answers the phone when you call. I've left messages and spoke to more than one person to resolve and issue. My rent is incorrect in the system.
