They have entered my apartment twice now in one week. I was infuriated so I left a voice message as they are said to be "working from home." Haven't heard anything from "management." It's really scary to know that they can come in my apartment anytime and not warn me. I have small kids and have been the victim of a home invasion previously. The fact that NO ONE has reached out before they entered or now that I have complained tells you all you need to know. A note to management: DO NOT RESPOND WITH SOME BS about you are willing to handle the situation "quickly" or how you didn't know about it to save face online. What you did was terrifying and I have pictures to prove you entered my apartment without ANY WARNING. TOTAL INVASION OF PRIVACY. New management team is extremely disrespectful for this. I am still furious about this. WE have no privacy here.
