Front office staff is not knowledgeable and will give whatever answer gets you out of there the fastest. They have lost packages they have signed for, the gym has had damage and missing items for months and they don't abide by their schedule and are sometimes gone when they should be in the office. Apartments are poorly insulated so AC and heat don't keep up and since we pay electric, that cost falls on the tenant. Noise complaints are not followed up on and strangers come into the property to use the pool over the fence but when reported, office staff does nothing. No on site security. Maintenance does the best they can, but office staff is lackadaisical at best. Even when you talk to the regional property manager, they don't follow through. Too expensive for the lack of service or respect.

They are lackadaisical. Office hours are suggestions, rather than rule. They tend to tell you what they think you want to hear, rather than the truth. They didn't enforce most rules, neighbors are noisy and messy, parking is a mess, and they don't seem to try.
