I have been a tenant for over 5 years. I was very displeased for the first few years with many things, but the property has improved in the past 2 years. The main issue I have is too much police activity, less than adequate lighting and no functioning cameras on the property. It would be helpful if the gates consistently worked and when they do work if they were left closed during business hours. I understand the gates don't necessarily prevent crime but I do believe they can deter some people with bad intentions. Kim at the front office is very pleasant to work with and the maintenance staff has always been helpful and professional.
