SAFE SPACE FOR KIDS

I’ve lived out here for over two years and I’ve never had my car broken into or apartment I even went out of town and forgot to my back door and place was still in tact the kids have a safe place to play neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful I moved out and moved right back love it here and The property manager(CHERLY)is very hands on and will help her tenants with resources as soon as available and have monthly events for all residents and maintenance try hard to work promptly overall very good place to live

I was very disappointed after living in the area for several months. I was so done with everything associated with this place I paid an early termination fee and moved out. There is drug activity, gunfire on the weekends, roaches and ants...no matter how much you spray or keep house, maintenance responding in a timely manner (good luck with that), during power failures you are the last area restored (as if they know it is a bad area and the residents can wait), internet and cable is off and on no matter how fast your speeds, power outages for no reasons, my car was broken into and there was nothing that could be done, the schools serving this area are horrible, the apartment you get is nothing like the model, and at end of lease inspection you will be told everything is good to go. But months later when you have not received your deposit they will devise a reason to keep it. That has happened to too many to be a coincidence. So, Good luck to you...you may have a better experience.

I have been a resident here 4 the several months & I absolutley love my apt. I luv the space & the fact that its all electric. I was turned down for TWO apts before coming to windward forest & luckily, they gave me a 2nd chance. Parking is no problem and they seem to fix stuf the same day you call in. Im not really use to that. And I luv LUV the offc peopl. She worked with me when my hrs were cut and most places wouldnt. Thank u winward forest for givin me n my kids a desent place to live!

A Great Place to Stay!

I've been a tenant here for nearly a year now and I can honestly say that I have no complaints with the management team or maintenance dept. Like anything that is constantly used (cars, homes, appliances, etc..), regular maintenance is required and expected. The few minor issues I had were resolved within the same business day, yes even on Sunday. Their security team makes me and my family feel safe and secure and worry-free. I have recommended this apartment before and will continue to recommend them. Thank you Towering Pines for making me feel at "home".

this horrible place to stay

the maintenance here's horrible and they do not care about the upkeep of the apartments.I will say they do come and cut the grass .my light bill in a 1 bedroom apartment is 200 dollars a month .I think there is mold in this apartment .the ac unit rattles when it comes on.they do not have adequate facilities for the trash so it over flows constantly.my handle broke off my stove and they still haven't came to fix it .the list goes on and on but basically do not move here .I'm leavin in 2 more months .

Wasteland

I lived in these apartment unfortunately for two years of hell. It takes management forever to fix a simple problem. The washing machine and dryers don't work most of the time. There is trash and half eaten plates of food tossed around on the property. Roaches, rats, drug dealers, crackheads and unemployed bums roam the property freely. Loud music, rowdy tenants, rapists and police chases are everyday occurances. If you move here don't be surprised if the entrance is blocked off with yellow caution tape and police cruisers, because shoot-outs occur on the regular here. You can't even walk to your mailbox, because you may catch a bullet in the crossfire. And the inside of the apartments have a deadly nasty stench that won't go away no matter how much you spray, burn incense or scrub with bleach. PLEAES DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND HEALTH. CAUTION KEEP AWAY DEADLY POISON!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I lived hear for 3 years. My apartment was broken into, a neighbor was murdered, I saw a gun shoot out in front of my building, there are constant drug raids.... the list goes on. The management are crooks and will extort money from you, the maintainance is a joke!!! Luckily, I recently moved out and feel happy and safe to be away from this hell hole. Please, if you value your life, don't move to towering pines apartments!!!

death trap

i move here it was my frist place on my own the the kids and the neborhood begged to take out my trash every day i rob twice in six month the second time the took the glass back of the hangs and walk right in there was shooting ever night kid breaking in to every body house i best friend who lived here got they door kicked in a gun point and robbed if you ever move there don't talk to aj and his brother the act like they cool then rob you use the people in the hood to set you up some one pulled out a gun and tryed to shoot me when i was at the mailbox to get my stuff the then owner was talking money under table for rent so people payed when ever they feel like it the mangent try to blackmail me for money saying they will leave my door unlock for people to rob me if i did not give them food the gaurds a joke he watching porn in the office the whole shift while ever time i got robed he did not see anything they never fix my the door in my bed room never fixed my tollet that was broke so don't move here you might not make it out alive

maintenance sucks really bad, alot of spiders and ants ants ants. if u need anything fix u might as well wait 3 months. the only reason u should move here if u have bad credit and on a tight budget. u will here gun shots all the time, break ins and home invasions.

This place sucks

If you like living with ants, roaches, spiders, holes in your ceiling,and mold spores, this is the place for you. They suck you in with the pretense of being quiet and friendly, DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!! The maintenance was slow and very unprofessional. They stole my car from here, other stolen cars were found from here along with the drug bust. TAKE IT FROM ME DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Towering Pines was the worst apartment in Georgia. That $1.00 move in special is a joke. I agreed to give them a $1.00 just to break the least. It should be against the law to have an apartment like this in operation. Very unprofessional and does not keep adequate records of anything. Closes the office before the time designated for closing. Just a disgrace to the state of Georgia. Close them down please.

A REAL BAD ANT AND SPIDER PROBLEM. THE CURRENT MANAGER IN THE LEASING WAS ARRESTED ABOUT TWO WEEKS AGO. FOR WHAT I DON'T KNOW BUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD SAID SHE DID NOT REPORT A ROBBERY THAT TOOK PLACE IN THEIR APARTMENTS. I EVEN SAY HER ON THE NEWS THAT NIGHT. YOU NEVER GET YOUR PROBLEMS SLOVED. IF THE MANAGER IS CARMEN PLEASE THINK AGAIN!

worst place ever

if you can deal with the attitudes and crappy service this is for you. The property manager is very lazy, rude, and unprofessional. maintenance drew takes a month to fix things. i know alot of people complain about things but the drug and crime rate is ridiculous. My car got stolen and my neighbor apartment was broken into. when i contacted the police they stated they have had alot of cars broken into out there. The apartment was infected with bugs, ants, and spiders. I am happy my lease is up. I wouldn't recommend this to my ex and I hate his guts,
