Like living here! People who live here are the best and office personal are helpful when I need anything. I have a problem with people parking in ?? spaces that I know are not . I am handicapped and have a problem walking We need someone to monitor these cars to see if they have a sticker on there car or a tag stating they are handicapped. I have a handicapped tag on my car.

    My experience at this community overall has been good. The community is clean and quiet. The service team has been quick to respond to service requests. Amenities are lacking right now due to not having a pool.

      Community is ok. Buildings are nice, pool is nice, and the front office Staff is please take to deal with. My only complaint is the bugs in the apartment can be overwhelming and the staffs response is to place you in a appt guide. The company that sprays for them has not shown up to treat my apt as I am home and let them in. Other then that great place.

          The community is beautiful and has been great for our family. The front office can lag a bit with responding to issues. Currently the pool is closed due to an electrical fire in the pool house. It's been closed for over a month with no tentative timeline for it to reopen. The pool was a big selling point for us because we have kids and not having access to it for half the summer is disappointing. We wish there was a greater sense of urgency in getting it fixed.

            The security of the apartment complex is an issue because the gate doesn't close within enough time any car can drive in to where residents live. The apartment complex also doesn't do events for residence which is making the experience not worth the money. Also with the pool being shut down for X amount of time the resident should receive dollars off of their rent because that is a part of the package they were paying for. The doors to the apartment buildings are not secure as well as they can be open without the use of a fob.

              DIRTY AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY

              This place is dirtyyyy and there is absolutely no hospitality. How they get you is, when you move in, they are super friendly and the apartment looks very high class and boogie. Then BAM, a week after you move in, roaches. They are in the kitchen, the bathroom, almost every closet and they will crawl over your feet on the balcony at night, every night. Then a month in they start slapping these insane fees on you for info that they never told you about. Then instead of owning up to their poor communication they just say it’s your fault and you have to pay up. The tenants are rude and classless, they will see you with bags on bags of groceries and slam the door behind them and force the elevator closed. This place is too expensive to be putting up with this. DO NOT MOVE HERE, PLEASE TRUST ME ON THIS.

                Do you like the smell of weed wafting through your apartment, even if you've never smoked it? Do you love being able to hear your upstairs neighbors blast their music at all hours of the night? Do you love paying more than something is worth every month? Then boy is this the place for you! Between the weed smokers in this 'tobacco free' community, and the music that is blasted in apartments past midnight, I can't imagine a single reason why I should stay any longer. The whole 'tobacco free' signs that are hung everywhere are an absolute joke in every sense of the word and if management honestly hasn't had any complaints about the smell then they might as well be living under a rock. The price at first seemed worth it, that was before I learned the walls were paper thin. Not to mention since I've been living here (Jan. 2021), the police have been called for three different instances. One where people proceeded to yell at each other before a fight broke out in the apartment (yes these were residents). The second was a similar dispute and involved no less than 4 cop cars.                   Beautiful and well maintained apartment complex, walking distance to Walmart, Kroger, restaurants, cinemas... close to everything you need and if not everything else is pretty much within a 20 minutes drive. The Loft also have a pool, BBQ area, car wash, gym and a impeccable lobby area. Melissa was more than helpful in all the process of renting and moving in.

Many amenities (pool, grills, pool tables, paths for dogs to walk), and a wonderful, and friendly manager, Vicki, who is more than willing to help me with anything.                       BAIT & SWITCH SCAM! On 8/11 I applied to the Lofts at Zebulon and paid the app fee of $65 for the 1E layout. On 8/26 I paid the deposit and admin fee which total to $345. I also signed the lease agreement on 9/25. My move-in date was for 10/30 for the BIGGEST 1 bedroom layout this apartment complex has that is 1,002 sq ft, has a patio and an attached garage for a total mo. rent of $1339. On 10/9, I received a phone call from the apt complex saying that the tenant wants to stay longer even though his lease has ended & I will not be able to move in until 11/11. This causes a problem for me because I have to be out of my current apt by 10/30 rendering me homeless. I tell Vicki my issue & the only thing she offers to do is put me in their SMALLEST 1 bedroom apt for the SAME PRICE as their largest apt. I then contacted Joe, the regional manager, who proceeds to inform me that they let the tenant renew his lease for an additional 3 months. IN A MATTER OF 30 MINUTES MY MOVE… See More>

                        Absolutely love it here! Been here since it was built and though the transition of company's when the property was bought out. It is a great place to live. Extremely animal and children friendly! There's no where better to live in Macon. Especially no where safer.

                          This community does not have a furniture loading area to move in and out! "What idiot would build a community without this. The only building that have doubled doors to possibly move anything like furniture is the main building at the rental office building. Another bad draw back is that the buildings do not have a trash location on the floors to take your garbage, they have someone to come around and pick up the garbage at their convenience. I would not recommend any to move here on my behalf, and I will be moving out at end of lease.

                              The place is like animal kingdom. Dogs bark all day and all night feel like at a kennel and an apartment complex. Complained that neighbors dogs are barking and they have 3 dogs when only allowed 2. Nothing happen...What a zoo!
