The staff is very nice and helpful at The Lofts on Zebulon Road. Even though there are a lot of apartments, it is pretty quiet during weeks and weekends. My husband and I have a 3/2 on the main floor in the building with the office, lobby, and gym. We are very conveniently located. Our apartment has 14 foot high ceilings which gives the feeling of the apartment being larger. We really only have two important needs that haven't been met. My husband is paralyzed from the waist down so is in a wheelchair. We need a zero entry roll in shower to make it easy to maneuver a shower by himself. Right now we have a bathtub with a shower but getting his legs over the side of the tub while transferring to a shower chair is very challenging. He is 73 so it won't get any easier. When we first came to look at the apartments we asked about a handicapped apartment but there were none available. We also need a bathroom sink my husband can roll under so he is facing the mirror. That would be much more comfortable rather than sitting sideways and having to twist to see yourself in the mirror. Maintenance requests submitted have been taken care of very expediently. These apartments are very close to banking, grocery stores, and churches. They also allow pets with the deposit of a pet fee.
