Lots of turnover in property managers; people who don't live there take over the pool area during the summer. Coffee bar is not constantly stocked and maintained. Pet owners don't pickup their dogs poop. Roaches and other crawling pests apartment and hallway.  In the apartment above me, I can them walking around.

The community is exquisite. Arguably the most aesthetically pleasing apartment that I have ever rented. The location is excellent, everything that you would ever need is in close proximity. The amenities are top tier with a gym that planet fitness would rival. From the moment, I stepped foot on the property, I was in love. So I'm sure you could imagine how disheartened I was to discover roaches in my apartment the day I signed the lease and took possession of the unit. Although maintenance did get an exterminator out fairly quickly to service this major issue; I just feel like for the price, this shouldn't be an issue at all.
