Experience has been okay. More recently there have been cockroaches in the building. I had issues with my bathtub because there's a gap between the tub and the wall which is forming mildew and seems like it needs to be caulked/filled or fixed. Maintenance did nothing about this. There is also mold forming near the vents. Maintenance came same day as the work order was placed but there is still mold covering the vent in the kitchen. Office staff appears like they don't know what they're doing and nothing is ever fixed in a timely fashion. Our buildings entry has been broken for months and just recently was fixed
