Accommodations and amenities are high-end. Kitchen island is HUGE.  Management and maintenance crews are friendly and responsive. Complex is well groomed, clean, and kept current. Pool is beautiful. Complex is very accommodating for dog owners with a wash area, play area, and stations equipped with bags to pick up after your dog.

The community is exquisite. Arguably the most aesthetically pleasing apartment that I have ever rented. The location is excellent, everything that you would ever need is in close proximity. The amenities are top tier with a gym that planet fitness would rival. From the moment, I stepped foot on the property, I was in love. So I'm sure you could imagine how disheartened I was to discover roaches in my apartment the day I signed the lease and took possession of the unit. Although maintenance did get an exterminator out fairly quickly to service this major issue; I just feel like for the price, this shouldn't be an issue at all.
