This community is nice but not worth the price. Maintenance is usually prompt. However, issues are "rigged" rather than repaired or replaced. I've been here for only 4 months and the clubhouse has not been 100% functional at any point during my time here. It seems as if the repairs are currently underway. Some issues have included: elevators not working, door locks not working, fireplace not working due to lightning strike, generic code given for gate access to the property. I do not feel that I am experiencing a true luxurious experience. I've had better experiences in other local apartment communities for a cheaper price.
The staff here is always polite. I feel that I was given misinformation when moving in. I asked for a total rent amount that I'd be required to pay so that I could determine if it were in my budget. I was told about all but 2 fees. There a $10 fee to pay your rent, which I feel should be covered by the community since I'm already paying over $2k. Also, water bills do not appear on your account until after you've been on property for 2 months. As a result, I'm paying $50 more per month than anticipated.
