Clean, helpful manager, love valet garbage pickup. Hate rental prices went up. Secured and elevators are a plus, rarely ever out. Office open six out of seven days. Try to fix any problems within three days

The community is exquisite. Arguably the most aesthetically pleasing apartment that I have ever rented. The location is excellent, everything that you would ever need is in close proximity. The amenities are top tier with a gym that planet fitness would rival. From the moment, I stepped foot on the property, I was in love. So I'm sure you could imagine how disheartened I was to discover roaches in my apartment the day I signed the lease and took possession of the unit. Although maintenance did get an exterminator out fairly quickly to service this major issue; I just feel like for the price, this shouldn't be an issue at all.
