Thankfully, most recently, the front desk has been improved with the hiring of a new front desk. The previous front desk was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. The general conditions of hallway carpets, stairwell, and gym are lacking - carpets need a deep cleaning, hallways need fresh paint, and the gym needs daily cleaning. Please consider limiting the hours and/or number of fire department non-residents that occupy the common areas, including the gym. The gym is too small for a team of firefighters to workout alongside residents.
