The apartment is in good condition. We enjoy the size of the rooms and the features in the apartment such as the walk-in closet. Pantry, desk, and  book shelves over the desk. Additionally, we enjoy the modern look, and closeness to shopping. We do not like that residents regularly do not pick up after their dogs and outside doors often do not work.

The community is exquisite. Arguably the most aesthetically pleasing apartment that I have ever rented. The location is excellent, everything that you would ever need is in close proximity. The amenities are top tier with a gym that planet fitness would rival. From the moment, I stepped foot on the property, I was in love. So I'm sure you could imagine how disheartened I was to discover roaches in my apartment the day I signed the lease and took possession of the unit. Although maintenance did get an exterminator out fairly quickly to service this major issue; I just feel like for the price, this shouldn't be an issue at all.
