The apartments themselves are beautiful. However, I'm thoroughly unhappy with the elevator situation in our building. I've gotten momentarily stuck on the elevator multiple times and have developed a legitimate claustrophobia from this happening. I now only take the stairs, which is inconvenient living on the 4th floor. Speaking to others in the building, this is a mutual feeling. Keikora and Kristin were very kind but the individuals at the front never seem like they want to speak or help when we go in there to get packages or ask questions.

The community is exquisite. Arguably the most aesthetically pleasing apartment that I have ever rented. The location is excellent, everything that you would ever need is in close proximity. The amenities are top tier with a gym that planet fitness would rival. From the moment, I stepped foot on the property, I was in love. So I'm sure you could imagine how disheartened I was to discover roaches in my apartment the day I signed the lease and took possession of the unit. Although maintenance did get an exterminator out fairly quickly to service this major issue; I just feel like for the price, this shouldn't be an issue at all.
